WIZ 100SR EVB software

Has anyone loaded their own software into the WIZ100SR? We have a number of WIZ100SR's and need to add some translation code to the IP to RS232 conversion. If we use the wiz supplied network loader how do we avoid overwriting the loader code? The board has a (non standard) isp connector but neither Wiznet or Coreriver (the cpu supplier) can supply a programing board.
